In 1976, QS Control was
positioned as a provider of
antique car parts and radiator
components for the automotive
aftermarket. Over the years, QS
Control has evolved from a
single-focus business supplying
automotive parts, to a
multifunctional organization
that offers custom components
and assemblies to OEM
manufacturers and distributors
internationally.
QSC started supplying to the
automotive OEM market in the
mid-80s and is one of the first
manufacturers in Taiwan to
achieve QS9000 certification. We
continue to increase our
manufacturing competencies while
expanding our value proposition
and technical capabilities. QSC
is committed to fulfilling
various industry quality
expectations and actively
invests in the most robust
technology to help achieve the
quality certifications required
by our customer base.
In year 2002, QSC management
decided to move labor-intensive
production lines to China to
further increase our capacity
and to satisfy our client’s need
to achieve greater cost savings
while supplying to their local
manufacturing sites. By Q4 2008, QSC’s manufacturing locations in
China has plans to expand for
the second time in 5 years.
Although China facilities have
been successful for our
manufacturing lines, more
technically challenging projects
require a rigorous development
center. As a result, QSC
established a state-of-the-art
manufacturing and R&D site in
Taichung, Taiwan with the best
technology on the market. This
Innotech Center is geared to
train our production teams on
the newest machinery in plastic,
CNC machining, and tooling
production for automotive,
medical, and other growing
industries. |
